Hero Electric introduces digital bookings via its website
Various benefits and discounts available now including a free scooter for every 50th customer
Other customers to get Rs 3,000 off on select models
The coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown has resulted in a significant drop in air pollution levels across the country. Hero Electric is looking to capitalise on this with the ‘Keep your air as clean as this’ campaign.
As part of the campaign, Hero Electric is hoping to accelerate the adoption of its electric two-wheelers with the introduction of online bookings, along with a number of benefits and discounts for those who use the facility. These online booking offers are valid on all models except the Flash E2 lead-acid, Glyde and Velocity, until June 20.
The first of benefits is quite appealing – it enables every 50th customer to get whatever product he/she has booked for free. In addition, all customers who book their e-scooter online will be eligible for a cash discount of Rs 3,000 and will be eligible for a lucky draw for 10 Glyde push-scooters.
Hero Electric has revealed that the booking amount for all its models is Rs 2,999 and that sales via referrals will also give the customer a Rs 1,000 voucher. The company is also offering a three-day “no questions asked return policy”.
The company has started re-opening its dealerships in green zones and select orange zones across the country. It’s press statement reveals that around 300 dealerships have resumed operations. Some of them also offer home delivery.
